Humanities and Social Sciences

Humanities and Social Sciences consists of Civics and Citizenship, Economics and Business, Geography and History. Students develop increasing independence in critical thinking and skill application, which includes questioning, researching, analysing, evaluating, communicating and reflecting.

We explore the past, present and consider our future. We examine the natural, social and economic structures that from our world and we invite students to consider how they can positively contribute to these.

We encourage our students to see themselves as important members of our community and understand that their choices impact not only on their future lives but also on the people and place they share the world with.
